Mohammed serves as the Managing Partner at ImkanLaw, specialising in arbitration, corporate and commercial law, international trade law, banking, Islamic finance, real estate, and insurance. Since starting his practice in 2001, Mohammed has effectively represented a diverse clientele including banks, lenders, developers, contractors, and consultants, ranging from local and regional to international clients. His expertise extends to handling intricate legal matters involving international trade agreements, distribution and agency agreements, joint ventures, supply contracts, telecommunications, special economic zones, e-government initiatives, industrial projects, and foreign investments, thereby offering comprehensive support to a wide array of clients across various sectors.
